432 Hz Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

01 General Terms

432 Hz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider for sports enthusiasts in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 432 Hz and its users.

432 Hz follows an identity verification process for security and legal compliance. The following documents may be requested prior to withdrawal or for transactions above a certain threshold:

04 Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing a bet on 432 hz. These rules apply to all bet types — cricket, football, badminton, or any other sport.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets may be voided if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• Bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled or abandoned.
• No result will be declared until the outcome has been officially determined.
• Bets may be rejected in live betting due to network delays.
• The cash-out feature is not available on all bets — it applies to select matches only.

Match Fixing Policy

432 hz is fully committed to sporting integrity. Any bet suspected of being linked to match-fixing or unusual betting patterns will be voided, and the associated account may be subject to investigation.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time registered accounts only.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirements

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 432 Hz. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds:

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

432 hz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or suspected fraud.
• The user wishes to close their own account.
• When a self-exclusion request is submitted under the Responsible Gaming policy.

08 Limitation of Liability
